- Comment: I wasn't sure which company I was going to pick because I was choosing between two. Legacy Rug won because of the customer service. When they picked up the rugs the customer service won again. When they bought back the rugs, OH MY!, the rugs were so vibrant and beautifully cleaned; AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WON AGAIN! Hands down I would recommend and I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEIR BUSINESS! Kudos, job well done. (aka Hydro)
