• Comment: James called me and let me know approximately when he would arrive. Really liked that. He was friendly and professional - explaining everything he was going to do. He also advised me on the best cleaning choice for my upholstered chairs. I also had 2 outdoor cushions to be cleaned and he called me in to discuss them. He tried to clean one and then determined that they were spots of mold and not dirt. I was very surprised and pleased that he told me that - they were new in June 2017 and were supposed to be mold resistant. Some people would just try to clean them anyway and say they did the best they could. I appreciate his honesty - he also asked me for a black bag and tied them up for me. He also helped me arrange the furniture so I could keep our dog off the rug until it dried. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would recommend Hydro Clean to my friends (this is the 2nd time I've used you). I would also ask that they request James! Thank you for the great job!
