Hydro Clean exceeded my expectations in cleaning my area rugs for the holidays! They brightened up the colors and removed a few stubborn stains that I thought were hopeless. Pick up and delivery were on schedule and staff were courteous.

Their services was very satisfying and quick too. And the carpet was very clean and their prices are moderate

I wasn't sure which company I was going to pick because I was choosing between two. Legacy Rug won because of the customer service. When they picked up the rugs the customer service won again. When they bought back the rugs, OH MY!, the rugs were so vibrant and beautifully cleaned; AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WON AGAIN! Hands down I would recommend and I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEIR BUSINESS! I had four area rugs cleaned, and they did a phenomenal job. After five years of two adults, two kids, and two dogs, they were horribly dirty, even with regular vacuuming and spot cleaning. I’m super happy with the results and will be doing this more regularly!

Had some family rugs that were passed down, wasn’t sure if they were worth cleaning but Legacy did a great job and brought them back to life. Super easy to work with, quick turn around and very fair pricing. Will use in the future for sure.

Really appreciated the fast, quality cleaning of my jute area rug. Brianna was very courteous and thorough in her explanation of the cleaning process and cost. The delivery service was prompt and also exceptionally courteous. Glad I found this business as I have serveral area rugs and will only have them cleaned here.

The two techs who returned the carpets were very kind, patient, and helpful. We had a round rug that had to be positioned (centered) under the dining room chandelier. The Living room rug had placement issues also. Very professional!

Our dog got into an entire bag of chocolate covered espresso beans (she was ok!). She got sick over the entire white carpet and it looked like black tar and was horrible. They did an amazing job on the carpet! I for sure thought i was going to have to throw out our massive rug and was shocked with the results. It looks great!

Everyone was real professional and nice. My rug has not looked this well since I bought it. I always used a carpet cleaner every 3 months at least. The rug was like 50 lbs lighter. That's all the doggie dirt/sand. I'm very pleased with this company.

Comment: I read the reviews and judging by their professional website and on phone presentation signed up for an appointment and was very happy I did. I thought to try them with a couple of items to clean such as the large area rug n 2 living chairs. The items were three years old. The carpet had two high traffic stains n wear so I was concerned but in the end no problem at all. Everything came out super clean and I could not be happier!!

Comment: As I said before all is well. They did have to return because of a lot of spots. They got those cleaned up very nicely. It was inconvenient for us to have to dry the rugs again. Looks good now. Better to treat the spots first time.

The team that cleaned the rugs arrived on time and did an excellent job on the rugs. I highly recommend Hydro Clean to all my friends and neighbors.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Hydro-clean Rugs did a superior in-home job cleaning both our carpets and Oriental rugs. Eric and his work partner, Caleb, arrived promptly; not wore masks; they were friendly and very knowledgeable and got stains out of the carpet that I never thought would come out. We have a big Basset Hound dog and they got rid of the doggy smells too. They were efficient and thorough and we will definitely use them again. A+ to this company!
