Comment: We requested James and he and his helper did a wonderful job. They cleaned and sealed the grout in the master bathroom and it looked like new. The rugs were also cleaned very well.

Comment: Cameron did a great job! He arrived on time, and called to let me know he was on his way. He used foot guards, so didn’t track any mud in our house since it was raining. Only took 1 1/2 hours to clean all of our carpets, including stairs, and even an area rug. The carpets are so clean they look new, there is no chemical smell so I was able to stay home with the baby without any concerns, and they all dried in just a few hours. We had someone come clean our chimney at the same time (from another company) and the guy stepped on our freshly cleaned rug and tracked mud on it. (I was so upset!) Cameron had JUST finished packing his equipment, but when I showed him what the other guy had done, he happily unpacked the equipment and cleaned the muddy footprint. Talk about customer service. Seriously, you don’t get that kind of consideration from people anymore. Thank you so much for great service. I will definitely hire you again in the future.

Comment: Absolutely the best customer service ever from scheduling an appointment to the actual cleaning process. The Techs Tyear and Saul were courteous, friendly and over the top experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend Hydro Clean to anyone who needed carpet, rugs or tile cleaned in a thorough and professional way with the utmost attention towards the care of the customer's home.

Comment: James called me and let me know approximately when he would arrive. Really liked that. He was friendly and professional - explaining everything he was going to do. He also advised me on the best cleaning choice for my upholstered chairs. I also had 2 outdoor cushions to be cleaned and he called me in to discuss them. He tried to clean one and then determined that they were spots of mold and not dirt. I was very surprised and pleased that he told me that - they were new in June 2017 and were supposed to be mold resistant. Some people would just try to clean them anyway and say they did the best they could. I appreciate his honesty - he also asked me for a black bag and tied them up for me. He also helped me arrange the furniture so I could keep our dog off the rug until it dried. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would recommend Hydro Clean to my friends (this is the 2nd time I've used you). I would also ask that they request James! Thank you for the great job!

Comment: The scheduling process was efficient. The primary technician was knowledgeable, professional and polite. I believe he was training the other technician who accompanied him. He was also very pleasant. My furniture and rug look brand new!

Comment: I was only having a bedroom and one area rug cleansed. The technician called as he was heading to me and arrived soon after which was at the beginning of the "window". They were very professional and efficient. The rooms look and smell clean and it was a very good experience.

Comment: Cameron and his partner were awesome. The rugs look great but these two men were so professional and kind and it was a pleasure meeting them. Comment: Brandon and Shawn arrived promptly and completed the work (carpet cleaning - 2 bedrooms, stairs and 2 area rugs) very efficiently. The carpets look great and both guys were very polite and friendly.

Comment: I used Hydro Clean to clean both wall to wall carpeting, an area rug and two sofas. In addition they cleaned the grout in our master bath. All areas came really clean and I am very impressed! Service guys that did the actual cleaning were great and so was the office staff I dealt with during the scheduling process.

Comment: I had used the service in Massachusetts and when I heard an ad for the Baltimore area on WBAL radio, I made an appointment to have a couch cleaned and four rugs done. The work done was excellent.

Cameron did a great job! Only took 1 1/2 hours to clean all of our carpets, including stairs, and even an area rug. Comment: This was the first time we used Hydro Clean. They did a fantastic job. They spent two and a half hours cleaning our rugs. They worked hard on cleaning all the spots we had. They were very professional.

Comment: This was the second time I used HydroClean. The first was for duct cleaning and they did a great job...on time and cleaned upbefore leaving. This was for upholstery and rug cleaning. Charles and Mike worked hard to get up the difficult stains and ground in dirt. I am very happy with the results.

Comment: Tech did a great job trying to get candle wax out of rug. Both techs were professional and friendly.

Comment: Dave Kim presented as a very professional, courteous, efficient young man. He started working immediately after taking measurements, worked quickly, and was willing to move my furniture back to specific locations. I was very impressed with him. The rugs he cleaned look wonderful - they haven't looked that good in years! Thank you for excellent service (and give Dave a raise!) - Patricia Dwyer.

Comment: First time ever using hydro clean to have a really dirty couch cleaned and a rug with pet stains. Everything turned out awesome.
