We are delighted with Hydro Clean and Stanley, the workman who did our carpets and 2 area rugs. He was on time, efficient, moved furniture when necessary and did a excellent job on our wall to wall carpeting that frankly needed his attention. Stanley did such a great job we vowed we would not wait to call Hydro Clean again. Thanks, Stanley!!

Comment: We’ve used hydro clean for several years. It was time to have the carpets and rugs redone since we had family living with us for awhile with their dogs and ours. The hydroclean person was by himself ( I guess it was because of COVID) and he worked really hard and did a great job. I have never been disappointed.

Comment: Jawan was here to deliver two area rugs. He was also supposed to clean my bedroom carpet. There are two dressers and a bed that would have to be moved around in order to clean the carpet. This is a two man job. We decided to reschedule the cleaning. Jawan was most professional throughout his visit. I hope he will be the person who comes when the cleaning is rescheduled. Very nice gentleman.

The young man, (Wilson) was very thorough and very nice. I have asthma and he was making sure I wasn't having any problems with fumes. My furniture looks beautiful and so does my area rug. I am very pleased and would be happy to recommend your services.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Stanley did a fabulous job! We’ve had our furniture and rug for a little over two years and hd really brought it back to life! I’ll be doing this at least once a year to preserve the quality of my furniture as much as I can.

Comment: Hydro Clean is the best rug cleaning service I have ever used! My rug looks fantastic! A very hardworking and courteous young man did a very thorough job! Comment: The technician was courteous and thorough. I am pleased with the outcome. The drapes look good, the rugs are brighter and my sofa looks almost new. I certainly will be using your services again and will confidently recommend you to friends and neighbors

Hydro Clean has always done a wonderful job whether it's when I took some rugs to be cleaned at their place or they came to my home to clean the carpet here. The technician Jamal was on time, polite and very thorough.

Dave was very professional doing the rug cleaning. He called to tell us he was on his way, and then showed up promptly as he had promised. The job he did cleaning was thorough and the way they look afterwards is amazing. I will certainly pass the word on that Hydro Clean is a great company and I am very pleased with the results.

Comment: Charlie(Charles) was great. He is very professional and personable. The rugs look great and I am in the process of putting the furniture and top rugs back on them. I tried to write a good review for Charlie on Facebook but unfortunately you have to join Facebook to do so. Perhaps you could put in a good word for him so he gets the bonus. Comment: The rug cleaners kept me updated as to their arrival time, which was so considerate and convenient! (They even called when they were 3/4 of an hour away) Great, very thorough job!! My rugs look great.

The members that assisted on the phone were unbelievably accommodating, the cleaners that showed up were perfect and professional, and the work was flawless! Dave was great. He has been cleaning the rugs and sofas in our home for years - he is professional, courteous, efficient, careful - everything you would want in someone working in your home.

We had Hydro Clean out to clean our rugs and remove spots. Chris and Jeremy did a great job and we were extremely satisfied with the result

Jody and Tim arrived early (yea!), were professional, restored the beauty of my rugs, upholstered furniture and brought life to my tile floor. If you use Hydro Clean, be sure to ask for the Jody and Tim team. They are the best!

Comment: Wonderful service! The young men who cleaned our rugs were punctual, courteous and very competent. Out carpeting looks very good. Wear spots on the one carpet were carefully pointed out and efforts were made to make them look good. The one young man facilitated a call to Hydro Clean for us when the cost for the cleaning was in dispute and we received a prompt reply. We have used Hydro-clean for a number of years and will continue to do so. Great staff and service!

Comment: We could not be more pleased with your service. The service men were knowledgeable and courteous at all times. We had a couple of different services performed in one day. We had rugs cleaned in three different areas and stairs-my opinion the stairs were a lost cause, but not for them-and an anti microbial treatment and a sofa cleaned all in a couple of hours. We were thrilled with the outcome and the price. We highly recommend hydro clean.

Comment: The young men were very nice and worked hard on my old rugs. They did a good job, and we are glad to have them so clean. Unfortunately, I did not write their names down and can't remember that, although they did tell me several times. I have no paperwork with it on. I would use Hydro Clean again.

Comment: The area rug was very dirty due to being on floor while construction was taking place. The rug came back very clean. I am very happy with the way the rug turned out.
